Recruitment for new community prevention project roles now open
Meath Women's Refuge & Support Services have now opened recruitment for two new roles for Safe Communities: Zero Tolerance Meath, a new and innovative pilot project which will help inform how Ireland can move towards a whole of society response to preventing gender-based violence. This is an innovative three-year pilot in partnership with Safe Irelnd and funded by CUAN - the Domestic, Sexual and Gender Based Violence Agency.
Prevention is one of the key pillars of our National Strategy for tackling Domestic, Sexual and Gender Based Violence but as a country we need more evidence and experience of what works to transform attitudes and reduce the prevalence of violence. We look forward to working together with our partners in Meath to build a safer, better community for the future. For more information and details on how to apply for the roles, please visit:
Closing date: 5pm Friday 10th May 2024.
